This option is best suited for those that are happy to take care of the day-to-day running of the server but may need assistance installing some software or trouble shooting.

Full Server Management
Our full server management lets Host-it's dedicated support team handle the management of your server with 3 hours of technical assistance per month included as well as automatic OS updates and security patches for your server.
With this level of management customer root/administrator access is not available for the server.
