SellerDeck Ecommerce

Version 11
All releases of SellerDeck version 11 are fully Windows 8, 7 & Vista compatible.

Version 10
All releases of SellerDeck (Actinic) version 10 are fully Windows 7 and Windows Vista compatible.

Version 9
All releases of SellerDeck (Actinic) version 9 are fully Windows 7 and Windows Vista compatible.

Version 8
Versions from v8.5.0, released on 26th February 2007, are compatible with both Windows 7 and Windows Vista. However there are a few known issues with the Dreamweaver extensions, SellerDeck Link, and the command line interface:
  • If using SellerDeck Link or the DreamWeaver integration, SellerDeck (Actinic) software must be installed outside the Program Files folder
  • DreamWeaver integration does not work if User Account Control of Vista is on
  • Command line automation of SellerDeck Link for Quickbooks (US) does not work
  • Command line automation of SellerDeck and SellerDeck Link for Sage does not work if User Account Control is on v8.5.0 is a free upgrade for existing v8 users and may be downloaded here.

Version 8.0.4 will run on Vista and probably on Windows 7 but with the following additional issues:
  • The installer cannot download SellerDeck Link from the Internet.
  • If User Account Control of Vista is on, then each time SellerDeck (Actinic) ecommerce software is started, Vista warns that the application is not signed (authenticated). The user can confirm that they want to proceed and SellerDeck (Actinic) will run normally. SellerDeck Link, if used, generates the same warning.

Version 7
Version 7.0.7 fully supports Windows 7 and Windows Vista. However there are a few known issues:
  • If using SellerDeck Link or the DreamWeaver integration, SellerDeck (Actinic) ecommerce software must be installed outside the Program Files folder
  • DreamWeaver integration does not work if User Account Control of Vista is on
  • Command line automation of SellerDeck Link for Quickbooks (US) does not work
  • Command line automation of SellerDeck (Actinic) and SellerDeck Link for Sage does not work if User Account Control is on
  • Amending Product or Brochure Fragments or switching between the 'General' and 'Links' tab for a Fragment generates an 'Out of memory' error. To fix this issue, first backup your current Catalog.exe file, which is usually in 'C:\Program Files\Actinic v7. Then download the Out of memory patch zip file and extract the new Catalog.exe into the same folder.

Version 7.0.7 is a free upgrade for existing v7 users and may be downloaded here.

Version 7.0.6 will run on Vista and probably on Windows 7 but with the following additional issues:
  • The installer cannot download SellerDeck Link from the Internet.
  • If User Account Control of Vista is on, then each time SellerDeck is started, Vista warns that the application is not signed (authenticated). The user can confirm that they want to proceed and SellerDeck will run normally. SellerDeck Link, if used, generates the same warning.

Version 6 and earlier
Windows 7 and Windows Vista will not be supported for version 6 and earlier versions.

SellerDeck EPOS

SellerDeck EPOS v3.132 onwards is fully Windows 8, Windows 7 and Vista compatible.
