Managing your reverse DNS
You can manage the reverse DNS for any the IP addresses allocated to your services from the client portal.
- Open the “Data Centre Services” menu
- Select “IPv4 Management” or "IPv6 Management" depending on the type of address you want to change the reverse DNS for
- Edit the PTR (reverse) field of the IP addresses you want to adjust, ensuring the record ends in a .
- Once you've finished editing the records you want to change, ensure the checkbox for the record is ticked, click "Selection action" and then "Update PTR"
