Subject to domain type, you can make changes to the registered address and contact details for domain names that you have registered through ourselves from within your client portal. This is useful if you are moving premises or can see that existing information set on the domain is incorrect. You can view what is set on your domain by using the domain WHOIS checker.
Note: For security, only changes to the contact information can be made from the client portal. If you wish to make changes to the registrant/organisation name (i.e. the legal owner) then the request will need to be made in writing for security to protect the domain owner from fraudulent changes as per our Domain Registration Terms & Conditions
Update Your Domain Contact Details
- To make change to the contact details login to your client portal and select Domains My Domains
- From your domains list you need to select the Manage Domains button
- On the domain management page select the Management tools drop down and select Contact Information
- On the Contact Information page you will have 2 options you can use an existing contact from within the client portal or you can manually enter new contact details. Once you have entered in your details select save to apply your changes.
Note: You can't change the registrant contact name

- You have now updated your domains contact details. Please use the WHOIS checker to ensure the changes have propagated into the domains' whois. If they do not update within 2 hours then please raise a support ticket to notify us.
